Tenure marketed is a preliminary tenure only. It may be extended subject to the project extension, funds availability and based on the satisfactory performance.
How To Apply:
Eligible prospects need to email the scanned copies of the following documents to hrdg@nio.org before the last date. Applications got after the last date and without the listed below necessary documents will be rejected.
All the files including application form to be made SINGLE PDF File in the following order and to be sent to the discussed e-mail address. The total fille should be conserved with the prospect name and to be sent out. Individual PDF files will not be considered.
( I) Scanned copy of the appropriately filled-in application form, provided at the end of this advertisement. Followed by,
( II) Scanned copies of
1. CV/Bio Data with current color picture
2. Educational Qualification Certificate as pointed out in the ad essential qualification/ Semester Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is mandatory. Together with this, Degree Award Certificate or Provisional Award Certificate. Percentage or CGPA must plainly displayed on any among the certificate. If certificate doesn’t have appropriate percentage/ CGPA/ Grade then the application may not be considered. The prospect should ensure to supply correct certificates to guarantee their eligibility for the stated positions.
3. Date of Birth Proof (Any valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).
4. Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD prospects). (If relevant).
5. NET/GATE/SET/ Any other Equivalent test credentials certificate (IF applicable).
6. Experience certificate (Mandatory for the posts where experience is necessary qualification) and Other certificates, if any.
Mode of Selection:
If variety of applications are more, then choice committee will fix a criteria to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted candidates will be required the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other appropriate software, as decided by the skilled authority.
Applications received after the due date will be declined. The short-listed prospects will be notified through e-mail/website.
The interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted prospects through email.
Conditions:
The engagement will be on simply momentary and legal basis for the duration mentioned in the advertisement. It is exclusively for the above discussed research study work and the period will be co-terminus with the job duration or till the conclusion of tenure whichever is earlier. The engagement under this task does not give any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for routine visits in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not provide any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.
HRA will be paid according to the guidelines.
Incase of candidates certified with NET/GATE qualification, they may be considered for higher emoluments according to the DST policies of task personnels, based on the approval of project funds and approval of qualified authority.
Performance of the job personnel would be examined regularly so that any one not discovered as much as the mark, might be ended with one month’s notice or one month’s stipend in lieu thereof.
The date for identifying the upper age limit, certifications and/or shall be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.
The period of experience in a discipline/area of work, anywhere prescribed, must remain in relevant area of work/field suggested versus such position which shall be counted after the date of getting the minimum necessary academic certifications recommended for that position.
The trainees in the last term and results waited for prospects are not eligible to use and their applications will not be thought about.
Stipend may be modified depending upon the funding firm standards provided time to time.
Candidates need to note that non-fulfillment of the eligibility requirement will result in cancellation of candidature at any phase.
Incomplete applications without appropriate format and without eligibility supporting documents will not be thought about.
Variety of positions promoted may be tentative and it can be increased or reduced by the skilled authority at any stage throughout the recruitment procedure.
